HAND WASHING
 • Wet hands, apply TRIGON & wash hands thoroughly
 • Rinse hands in clean water & dry

HAND SANITISING
 • Apply HANDSAN to dry palm & rub in well on hands & lower forearms, product
    evaporates & leaves skin sanitised

FOOD PREPARATION SURFACES & EQUIPMENT
 • Apply EST-EEMRTU or EST-EEM solution to surface or equipment & wipe with cloth
 • For heavily soiled surfaces or where raw food has been prepared pre-clean with
    EST-EEMRTU or EST-EEM solution
 • Rinse with clean warm water. Allow to air dry

CROCKERY & UTENSILS
 • Scrape off food debris into bin
 • Add Q'SOL or Q'BAC to hot water in sink
 • Wash items thoroughly
 • Rinse in clean hot water. Allow to air dry

WALLS, DOORS, CANOPIES & FLOORS
 • Apply LIFTRTU or LIFT solution to surface & wipe with cloth
 • Sweep floor. Add LIFT to hot water in bucket & mop floor

FAT FRYERS
 • Add LIFT to water in fryer, leave until grease is emulsified
 • Wipe exterior surface. Rinse with clean warm water

OVENS-INTERIOR & EXTERIOR
 • Wipe surface with LIFT solution. Rinse with clean warm water For decarbonising
    ovens use EVANS OVEN CLEANER
